Excellent personal service and prices

Years ago, after many years with State Farm (where I seldom interacted with my agent) I got a large premium increase and contacted Bollom & Parker Insurance. They significantly reduced my premiums and improved my coverage. That was probably over 10 years ago and I have been with them ever since. The ability to shop the insurance with several companies each year has kept my coverage and premiums in check. The personal service and advice on all kinds of insurance questions alone are invaluable compared to my prior experiences but coupled with the multiple insurers they write for, I can't imagine ever using another agent again. When friends have mentioned insurance needs, I have referred B&P Insurance and I they have also become long-time customers. I just went through another switch where the insurer wanted to significantly raise premiums and without my even asking, B&P shopped my policy and not only avoided the increase, but got a decrease in cost with the same coverage.

Excellent Customer Service

We have had our personal and business insurance policies with Bollom & Parker Insurance for many years. Teri Bollom is our agent and is honest and we know our insurance needs are in good hands. The entire office provides excellent customer service and very competitive rates. We love Bollom & Parker Insurance and will continue as customers for many years to come.

I believe that the only way to differentiate many services is through the care and attention that the business treats the customer with. Terry consistently responded to my question and requests with speed and concern. I will absolutely use him again for insurance needs.

I emailed client asking for a copy of his son's most recent grades so that we could ensure that he does not lose the Good Student Discount on his auto policy. Client provided me with a copy of same and I promptly forwarded them to the insurance company asking them to apply this discount to his policy accordingly.

Client contacted me to let me know that her credit card on file for some of her insurance policies had been compromised and she therefore had to cancel that account. In this regard, I took down her new credit card information and promptly updated her policies with regard to the future billing of same.
